If you are submitting an application, you also represent that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

2. About Our Services

MINX MGMT LLC is a creator talent management agency. The Site provides information about our services and allows prospective talent to submit applications for representation. Submission of an application does not create a management relationship, employment relationship, or any other contractual relationship between you and MINX MGMT. Any representation arrangement is established only through a separate, written agreement signed by both parties.

3. Applications

When you submit an application through the Site, you agree that:

• All information you provide is true, accurate, current, and complete to the best of your knowledge
• You will promptly notify us of any changes to that information
• You authorize us to review your application and contact you using the contact details you provide
• You understand that MINX MGMT has sole discretion over which applicants we choose to engage with or represent, and we are not obligated to accept any application or provide a reason for declining one

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Site in any way that:

• Violates any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right
• Is fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading, including submitting false information in an application
• Interferes with, disrupts, or attempts to gain unauthorized access to the Site, our systems, or other users' accounts
• Uses automated means (including bots, scrapers, or crawlers) to access, collect, or harvest data from the Site without our prior written consent
• Transmits viruses, malware, or any other harmful code
• Harasses, abuses, threatens, or otherwise harms any person

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL MINX MGMT LLC, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION DAMAGES FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100).

Upon termination, all provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or the Site will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming and the federal laws of the United States applicable therein, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Wyoming, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.

We may modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will take effect when posted on this page. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Site.

14. Miscellaneous

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and MINX MGMT regarding your use of the Site and supersede any prior agreements between you and us relating to that subject matter. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
